3 lode claims on identified hardrock deposits and 5 placer claims on a tertiary river channel in the heart of the Alleghany district. These claims haven’t been worked much since the Gold Rush but adjoin mines with exceptionally high grades.

I will sell these claims with owner financing so you can start mining while paying. The terms would be $45,000 with $1500 down and the balance carried over 8 years at 5% making the payments $550/month.

placer deposits ever found in the US
▪ The claims cover a pre-volcanic river channel historically known as the Great Blue Lead
which had its richest sections in this district
▪ Numerous $5+ million pockets of bonanza ore were found in the Alleghany district
including at the adjoining Kenton Mine.
